The approach
Working closely with the Pulse Fibre team, Next Chapter™ developed a comprehensive dual-approach marketing strategy tailored to both the key audiences - consumers & developers.
Throughout the onboarding process, it became clear that there was an educational job to be done; educate the developers that Pulse Fibre was a viable & sustainable option, & educate the consumers that the challenges & pain points they commonly faced when moving into a new property & getting broadband installed - didn't have to be the case, & wouldn't be with Pulse Fibre.
