The Evolution of BioTech Websites

One of our latest explorations comes from our Head of Design, Pippa Holman, who conceptualised 

, a brand that seamlessly merges fashion and artificial intelligence.

Modelise is more than just a concept—it’s a fresh take on the growing intersection between AI and the fashion industry. As AI becomes increasingly influential in design, Modelise gives fashion designers a new tool: the ability to upload their creations and see them instantly modelled on digital avatars. This opens up exciting opportunities for creative exploration, helping designers visualise their work without the constraints of traditional methods.

Pippa worked towards building a visual identity for the brand, as mentioned to us she wanted to; 


"Using high-end fashion photography, we can create bespoke and unique imagery to stand out amongst the AI and digital sector"



Using powerful imagery and messaging can bolster the USP of the software to progress audience retention and product sell-out. 


When Pippa took on this project, she wasn't just thinking about functionality—she considered how the entire brand and user experience would be presented to consumers. 


To captivate the fashion designer and social media influencer market, we would introduce a contemporary Serif font inspired by fashion trends. 



We devised a vibrant colour palette taking cues from the beauty industry, to enable to brand to stand out and have direction when self promoting their business. 



Modelise is sleek, forward-thinking, and creative, perfectly aligned with the cutting-edge technology it represents. The design reflects the digital nature of AI with pixel effects, dynamic visuals, and an emphasis on the creativity that fuels the fashion world. From the colour palette to the typography, every element tells a story of innovation and exploration.



To further elaborate on the above points, introducing  iconography could enhance USPs and draw attention to specific points to help develop the business performance on the website.

We are thrilled to announce that Show + Tell has officially partnered with Binary, kicking off a major cross-brand transformation project. 

We had the privilege of attending Binary’s annual conference, Blend 24, where our team—Hannah and Charlie—had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Binary community and get a first-hand look at their business goals, ethos, and future vision.


At Blend 24, our main goal was to build a deeper relationship with Binary and align ourselves with their brand. Throughout the event we meet with Binary’s leadership and senior teams, gaining valuable insights into their 15-year journey and future ambitions.


Binary is at a pivotal moment in their history, looking to move beyond their long-standing ‘stealth marketing’ approach and step into a new era of brand recognition and growth. As Andrew Birch, Binary’s CEO, candidly shared

Show + Tell Launch New Branding and Website for Red Kite Connect 


Show + Tell are delighted to be an integral influence of Red Kite Connect evolution, Red Kite is a partnership of Yorkshire schools and institutions, across all phases of education, from inner city locations and rural contexts.

Show + Tell aligned with Red Kite to launch a new distinctive sub-brand which will stand out within their sector, but we wanted to keep the heritage and foundations of the brand ensuring it felt modernised and fresh within a traditionally old-fashioned industry.  


A Strategic Approach to Branding and Design 


At the heart of this project was the creation of a new brand identity for Red Kite Connect, but the brain of the project was to ensure Show + Tell built a website that seamlessly embodies the Red Kites mission and values, highlighting its commitment to professional growth and partnerships with intuitive navigation, educators can effortlessly find the training programs and resources they need.  
 
Although a direct portal for course purchases and resource management was initially considered, an integration of the Eventbrite API, offered a streamlined solution.  
 
The site’s consistent branding strikes a balance between professionalism and personality, using vibrant, rounded shapes to appeal to the teaching community. Show + Tell want to ensure that high-quality visuals best represented their industry leading services which include real-life training session images and custom graphics, further enhance the site’s engaging and polished design.



Website Design with Integrated Functionality 


The website redesign for Red Kite Connect was another major aspect of this project. The design needed to clearly communicate Red Kite Connect’s mission and values while offering an intuitive user experience.

Red Kite Connect new website showcases the diverse range of training solutions available and positions Red Kite Connect as a hub for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning.

New Project Launch: Red Kite 

Show + Tell collaborates with Power Sheds for new ecommerce experience


Power Sheds is an award-winning manufacturer of high-quality garden sheds and log cabins and decking. Having worked with the brand since it launch 5 years ago, we're proud to annouce the launch of their new ecommerce site.

This transformation, delivered by a collaboration of agencies, Propaganda, Verse and our very own Show + Tell team, this comes after five years of rapid growth and industry recognition, setting a new standard for online customer experiences in the garden building market.


At Show + Tell we strive for innovation when delivering intuitive and accessible designs through cutting-edge UX/UI for customers. We designed an experience which is not only highly functional but communicated the Power Sheds difference in an innovative & engaging way.

The project began with our UX Discovery Phase, conducting in-depth research to understand the needs and preferences of shed buyers. Between the tree agencies we ran a series of workshops to define the stratgey for the project which included:

From there, we created wireframes and prototypes to visualise the website's structure and functionality. Our design team then brought the vision to life through visually stunning and engaging designs. Working with Verse, a Shopify development partner to bring the vision to life.

Our goal was to build a platform that not only drives conversions but also reflects the unique Power Sheds brand proposition".

What were the project goals set at the start of the project:

Why where Show + Tell selected as the partner to deliver the project?

They demonstrated experience delivering high traffic web platform for brands such as MTV, UNESCO and Candy Kittens so we were confident in their capability from this aspect. Their design portfolio was very impressive with multiple awards wins for user experience design and innovation. It's important for us to support local and being an agency from Harrogate part of our selection process as it meant communication and collaboration throughout the project would be easier especially with a deadline to meet! 

Were there any specific challenges or obstacles during the implementation phase?

The architecture of site is advanced in order to deal with large spikes in traffic during high demand period. 

Historically the site had crashed under heavy loads but we re-engineered the front end using next.js as a lightweight solution causing less stress on servers and ensuring rapid page load speeds for the Stray Ferret readers on mobile, desktop and on the App. 

The platform has multiple integrations with 3rd party platforms to power functionality such as Notifications, Subscriptions, Email Marketing and Payments for offers & events. Integrating multiple tools onto a single platform so they talk to each other required a thorough testing process prior to launch.
